Step 2: Property Listing and Photography Once you contact us, our experienced team will assist you in listing your property on our website. We understand the importance of showcasing your property’s best features, and that’s why we provide professional property videos and photos free of charge.
Step 3: Online Advertisement and Social Media Promotion After capturing the essence of your property through stunning visuals, we create a compelling online advertisement. This includes posting the property videos on our YouTube channel, Facebook Page, and Instagram to maximize its exposure. We also promote the video on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, reaching a wider audience and attracting potential buyers.
Step 4: Connecting with Buyers As an intermediary, we act as the communication bridge between you and potential buyers. Interested buyers can only connect with you through Kochi Homes, ensuring your privacy and security.
Step 5: Successful Deal When a successful deal is concluded, Kochi Homes will collect a 2% commission from you, the seller, based on the final property transaction value. Step 2: Connecting with Sellers When you find a property of interest, you can connect with the seller through Kochi Homes. Our platform ensures a smooth and secure way to communicate with sellers and express your interest in their property.
Step 3: Viewing the Property As a buyer, you have the opportunity to view the property in person and ask any questions you may have. We encourage transparency between buyers and sellers to facilitate informed decisions.
Step 4: Finalizing the Deal After negotiations and due diligence, when both parties are satisfied, the deal can be finalized. Kochi Homes ensures that all legal requirements are met to guarantee a smooth transaction.
Step 5: Paying the Commission As part of the deal, you, the buyer, will pay Kochi Homes a 1% commission based on the final property transaction value. This fee compensates us for our efforts in connecting you with your desired property and assisting throughout the process.
Rental Property Deals: In the case of a rental property deal, the commission will be equivalent to half of the first month’s rent. Half of this commission will be collected from the property owner, and the other half from the customer (tenant).
